Story behind the song

It never fails that somebody thinks I'm flirting with him just because I can sometimes be chatty and giggly.  Usually, it's just because I haven't had a night out in six months and am thrilled to be out of the house.  And there are some men out there who think that if you even say "hello" or speak to them at all, that it means you want them, when it's just not always the case.  And not only that, but I think it's important for men to understand that just because I can occasionally seem funny and cute, that does not mean that I don't go home and chew tobacco and cuss at my dog.  Not only that, I'm a little crazy and snore like a lumberjack.  First impressions are deceptive.  It's not so much about not being interested in the man, but in knowing that I'm most likely not quite what he's looking for.  So, that's what this song is about.
