Im a solo artist originally from East St louis Illinois,,
I began playing at twelve years of age, my influences were sly stone
james brown and P Funk, as time went on I listened to the music of Prince, AwB, slave, Ohio players, and Sun . I Relocated to Dayton Ohio in the early 80s, While going to school in Lansing Michigan .On tour breaks. I performed as a member of the Recording group Sun Signed with Capitol Records, We were a headline group, performing in stadiums and large venuesperformed along side Rodger Troutman featuring Zapp along with a host of top 80s recording bands . I also performed with several other groups in Asia where I then resided and based myself in singapore and hongkong, Dawap band was my next project which toured this region and followed with the Ryders, Rated X, and the Un2ouchables.
