Lie Big - Dark brooding metal grunge heavy rock fusion
Lie Big are Guitarist Adrian Jones, Bassist Kevin Jones and singer Russell outlaw. Recently invigorated by working together again after years of inactivity, Lie Big released their debut album, 'Severed' in May 2007. The new material could be described as dark and menacing. The album features a re-recorded 'Overcome' which reached number 1 in the alternative metal chart on Soundclick.

Story behind the song
This song was written at rehearsals about 15 years ago with the original lyric by drummmer/singer at the time. Re-recorded here with re-worked lyrics by Russell Outlaw (Vocals) and a more polished feel with the added acoustic guitars.
