Lockedown (also known as DJ Lockedown) is a studied Jazz drummer and percussionist who enjoys making electronic music to the tune of IDM and TripHop. While some might call the sounds 'video game like', he has chosen to go for a unique approach by providing eurphoric sounds that race across the plains of the listener's mind and takes them to a higher level - be it a relaxed state or more focused thought, the sounds are meant to soothe and to entertain, while not emulating the work of others. The music bounces with intricate drum grooves, warm, wholesome sounds, trance-like repeatition and full circle messages.
