This tune is what happens when you have a meeting of the minds between someone who is into urban music, and someone who is into psychedellic rock and blues, but both have an affinity for jazz.

My music is guitar-oriented rock, folk rock, psychedellic rock, jam band, new age instrumental, acoustic, singer-songwriter... Basically just whatever I feel like doing at the moment. I'm not striving for consistency, or a "brand", so much as just expressing the music that is floating around in my consciousness (or wherever these ideas come from). I'm putting the music on this site for the purpose of sharing ideas and collaborating with other musicians. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed recording it!

Story behind the song
Terrell Lecesne: Keyboards, drums... Dan Brown: Electric guitar... Paul Dent: Keyboards... Art Sulger: Post-production It's really Terrell Lecesne's tune. He wrote and recorded the main keyboard part, which is based on a 50 Cent tune. Paul Dent added more keys. Then one night when we got together for a jam session, we ran that recorded track and played along with it as a warm up: Terrell on the drums and myself (Dan Brown) on the spacey electric guitar. Art Sulger downloaded the tune and did some work with EQ, Reverb, and Compression, which I thought improved the sound, so I updated the track with his edits. Terrel did another version of this same tune on his soundclick page, which gives it a somewhat different flavor. He named his version "Party in the Jazz Club".
