Well, as of late I've been doing a lot of the heavier stuff, so I decided to take a break from that and try to write a more ballad-ish type of song. As I said, this song is heavily influenced by Joe Satriani because I always found him to be the master of melody and I tried to incorporate that aspect of songwriting into it. The recording process was very rough, hence the quality of the song. All in all though I would say that I actually like the song, which is weird because I never like any of my stuff.
