Story behind the song

This is my second attempt at a hip hop song, the first being the legendary "Tony Megabucks" which maybe I'll post soon. I had the beat for a while, then the lyrics took a little longer. I think they're a little inspired by "They'll Need A Crane" by They Might Be Giants. Just a simple love story gone wrong; tale as old as time.
