Story behind the song
Chris Graf, the technical genius behind Discord Aggregate’s film “Glass Air”, also known for his work with The Weasels (New York’s astounding group), offered an intriguing and mathematically perfect composition for a collaboration. I was interested in throwing in some disorganized and strange elements. I recorded 6 or 7 completely different vocal tracks, out of which only one made it to the final mix. I also recorded a few paranoia-inducing spoken voice tracks, and ghatam as an added “human” dimension to the perfection of the drum patterns. Pamela Zero and Xander Molotkov recorded several vocal tracks each. Pamela and I then discarded and rearranged most of the recorded material to produce the current mix.
