Story behind the song

This song was written for Jamie(drummer)'s Standard Grade Music Invention. He wrote everything from the guitar down to the drums, except the harmonica solo which was an improvised solo by Peter, and Lewis' improvised guitar solo. The lyrics were built up by the whole band over a period of time. The bassline was originally much more simple but was developed by Jamie to the point it is at the moment. An atmospheric middle eight was added later on in the songs life. The song is basically about living in a city, surrounded by concrete and rain! Its a song about wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We advise you to download this track and turn up the bass on your speakers to appreciate it fully!
