Story behind the song
Like many of my songs, and I will mention this several more time, I am sure, but they are from me in the sense that they are "OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD." Emotional and soulful story, honest and true to my feelings and thoughts at the time. One of 5 written on sunny day.
Lyrics
What would you say my friend, if I told you I was a lie? Hell has always been waiting, for me to curl up and die. Wish I could sing up in heaven, after you burry me deep. Under a mountain of roses, where you lay my soul to sleep. With my mouth I've emptied, the gun of all its lead. Like a jar thats been broken, I just lost the top of my head...........................
