Lyrics
Tell me about the time I was young- and I fought- and I lost And what you said to me Listen real close Now a man- doesn’t stand- a chance To win that kind of game Tell me what you see Cause I know what I see When I look- all around- and I see They’re winning all the same Winners to the left of me Winners to the right of me Winners on every side of me I can’t find my way out Winners on the left of me Winners on the right of me Winners on every side of me Can I find my way out What have I become ? I don’t hate – I don’t love – I don’t care I’ll wait for my salvation With my local god- and I know- It’s another long line
