THE WARMEST SANDS OF WISHING M Siegel 2005
He couldn’t live a pack-jam frantic California life
The fruits of paradise were allready over-ripe
Not exactly what he had in mind
Time to ramble on, and see what he could find
The rumor rainbow told him where to go
To find his own elusive pot of gold...
He thought that she was crazy not to go
But she never told him why she stayed at home
Dreamin' 'bout the life that they were missing'
Laying on the warmest sands of wishing.
The rainbow left him standing in the rain
Shipwrecked on a beach on an island far away
Following the weaker siren song
Left him on the rocks, desperately alone
Knowing that he threw it all away
By being such a willing castaway.
Chorus
When summers end and rainbows dissapear
You're on the beach in winter
And your lover is not here.
Chorus
Together on the warmest sands of wishin.
