The mirror in your eyes
Reflects my stiffened body back to me
Your beauty is the cold
And freezes me like winter
The cold numbs my hands
Numbs my feet
I collapse
And my eyes are averted
Hide your eyes
Brace yourself
Do not be swept off your course
The sun controls the wind
The sun controls us all
The moon feeds off her teat
The moon can fall
And all stars burn out
Blinded by the sun
Burned and disregarded
Die and rot and grow
Give life to the future
Your purpose will be filled
A blessing of Nature
A sacrifice of you
Martyred
My eyes cannot absorb
Your light your beauty
I will not forsake
My life for beauty
One should not stare at the sun for the sun is beautiful and beauty is dangerous. Beauty will blind as it does not understand it’s own strength. The power to remove all sight. A distraction. Forever we must live under an eclipsed star. The light that guides is not honest and will carry you unto your own demolition. Carry yourself past the barriers of time and space and shut out the fire in the sky’s hands.
Eclipsed!
You have been overtaken!
There is a replacement
The mirror has moved on
I am reaffected
We will follow another
Your power lasts only
as long as our attention
Blinded by the sun
Burned and disregarded
Die and rot and grow
Give life to the future
Your purpose will be filled
A blessing of Nature
A sacrifice of you
Martyred
