The Strang Quartet formed (officially) in Cambridge UK in 2003, consisting of long-time friends Martin (guitars and vocals) and Julian (drums, keyboards, guitars and production). Our mission statement: to make deep, meaningful, noisy sounds for the delectation of ourselves and others.

Story behind the song
2LT is a contraction of the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics - order descends into chaos. Written around a time of bereavement and birth of a child, it reflects on life being a one-way street with no turning back.
