Michael Alexander grew up in the Bay Area of Northern California, where he began making music at the age of 17. Heavy influences from Bay Area artists like "Too Short"&"Rappin' Ron" weighed on his mind as he began jotting down hip-hop scriptures, thus beginning the legend of "White Mike." After an injury cut his football career short in 2001, Michael decided to move to San Diego with some friends and pursue a career in music. He has quickly made a name for himself in San Diego's music scene, gaining the attention of several local newspaper and magazine publications. When asked what differentiates White Mike from other musical talent, he simply shrugs his shoulders and says, "Just give me a chance to show you." A simple statement from a man of so many words.
