LEASING RIGHTS: With leasing rights you can use the beat for only *ONE* profitable commercial or broadcast purpose, you will have non-exclusive rights to the beat. Leasing rights can be sold multiple times by Quarantine Productions and cannot be resold or transferred by anyone except Quarantine Productions. All credit must be given to Quarantine Productions. Re-selling a beat or failure to give proper credit is copyright fraud and is a punishable offense. Under no circumstances is the purchaser of a beat allowed to resell, remix, or chop it. By purchasing the lease of a beat from Quarantine Productions the buyer agrees to all of the previous conditions. **Example: Say you want to use a beat for your album that you'll be selling, well if you purchase leasing rights you will not be able to use that beat for anything except the album.
