Hi to all. I've been playing for allot of years now. Have been in bands and frankly don't like the playing out thing much anymore, getting to old to pack all the gear and haul it around I quess. Recently I was a member of a three piece group posted as High Plains. Great music and great guys, but with the playing out thing and other more pressing issues decided it was time to sit back and just do what I love best, create the type of music I love best.

Story behind the song
Visiting the Adirondack mountins in Northern New York has always brought great joy to my heart. Many a visit has come about thanks to a past band member friend of mine Wayne, who by the way introduced me to this wonderfull paradise. I loved the place sooo much that I spent many a family vacation there. Basically this song is about a spot up there call Floodwood Ponds. Its a wonderfull place located between Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake, as wayne would say, "inside the blue line" All I can say is go, you'll love it.
