Story behind the song
One weekend, at the tender age of sixteen, Russ stole his grandpa's car and drove it to New Orleans. He spent a week there, drinking, smoking, and sleeping on blue vinyl. One night, after seeing a Kiss tribute band, Russ was stumbling back to the Dodge when he fell and hit his head. As he started to come to, the sounds of the swirling N'Orlin's night rose in his conciousness as a recurring, screaming riff. Thus a song was born.
