Abject Fear is a 5 piece metal band out of Waverly OH. A very young band by most people's standards, AF has climbed from lead vocalist Chris Catanzaro's basement into some of Ohio's top music venues. After recording a couple of EP's, opening for such national acts as 40 Below Summer, Unloco, and E-Town Concrete, and playing all over Central and Southern OH to enthusiastic crowds, AF has developed a strong fan base. With their crunching guitars provided by Joey Rider/Chris Burns, high pitched screams and singing melodies compliments of Chris Catanzaro, ferocious drums from Cody Vinings and funk bass from none other than Eli McNaughton, they bring a unique and diverse sound and also an interesting stage presence to the table with them each time they play.
