We live in a day and age where everything is rush, rush, rush, and endulge, endulge, endulge. It is a tragedy that we constantly look for the next "quick fix" to fill the emptiness in our lives. Sure, they last for a while, but never for good. This song is about just that. Its about a world that clings to anything and everything that distracts them from the plain and simple truth...THERE IS A GOD IN HEAVEN WHO LOVES THEM AND WANTS THEM TO LIVE THEIR LIVES FOR HIM SO HE CAN GIVE THEM A TRUE LIFE WORTH LIVING! The tragedy kicks in when the world is unaware that God is the one and only remedy and yet they run from the One who can give them life. This God whom we speak of is JESUS CHRIST!
