Story behind the song
I wanted to express, in modern words, how David would move within a Psalm from feelings of utter abandonment by God to a renewed closeness. Normally the reason for our separation is our own fault. We should examine our lives to ensure we are not proud or arrogant in our relationship with the Almighty. ThanX to Mike Perrry for his great drumming!
