Story behind the song

My boy was going through some things with his X and he was telling me about the situation and I was feeling everything he was saying, because I had been through some thing similar to him. Not the exact same thing, but I knew where he was coming from. So I was able to put together the song about what was going on. The lyrics are true nothing made up, it's kind of a short story.
