The first song ever recorded by Predestination. The quality leaves something to be desired (a bit hissy) but otherwise it's pretty good. Features both Gabby and Jake on vocals, Gabby on bongos, and Jake on keys.

A mixture of everything. Ambient guitar, piano, strings, bongos, hip-hop electronic beats, choral arrangements, electric and acoustic bass, middle eastern odes
This is PREDESTINATION. We are a 3 piece but open to all willing musicians in the area (an eclectic band if you will). : : (keys, guitar, bass, vocals, lyrics, co-arranger) : (percussion, vocals, lyrics, co-arranger) : (vocals, lyrics, co-arranger) : : vocal collaborator ("Pounding") As of now we've got a few songs recorded as a group. After our first live show on December 23rd, we decided that Ashley should take over lead vocals. Recording has been at a stand-still lately; but that will change very soon.

Story behind the song
Gabby wrote this one about World War II. Pretty deep.
Lyrics
A makeshift bomb shelter's all that's left Of old Berlin The rubble hides the decay of those who went before us Transfigured into light Oh, and i remember We watched the empire fall We just stood by, we watched it all Transfigured into light There's a makeshift bomb shelter, down that road Poor old Berlin, she'll never know And i remember, we watched the spirits rise Above the rubble, and into the skies The light then faded, the spirits were gone The earth so empty, alone with a song Alone with a song.
