Story behind the song
One of my older songs, this is written for anyone who's had to live up to expectations and standards set by family, society, TV & media, etc. It's like you're performing inside a cage for the entertainment of the world. A lot of bitterness and empathy in this tune, but a lot of material that people can relate to. I hope it speaks to you, too.
