I am a songwriter from So. California. I write mostly alternative/pop country.

I have no ambition to be a pro singer but I dream of the day I can get paid to write music! I record all of my demos myself. I also have to perform all of the instruments myself because I just can't afford elaborate demos yet. I am not the greatest Country singer but I think I do "alright". "Just Like That" I can lay here forever, just to watch you sleep lying close to you together, no where i'd rather be I can't help but think how lucky I am to feel your love everyday I count my blessings, I just can't get enough sometimes I get caught-up in a world moving so fast as I layed there, I started thinking back ( to when we were...) drivin' around, just turned 17 we were young, in love, and full of dreams those drive-in movies that we never really watched we were sneaking out till the sun come up we had no fears, just so in love sometimes I just get so taken back, just like that as I sit here in this office, fixin' to make a buck i'm tryin' to please all of the bosses, but runnin' out of luck I stumble across one of our old pictures, undernieth some paperwork the shot we took on our first Christmas, you made a funny smurk I starred at that old photograph for probably half the day everytime I see it, it takes me away ( to back when it was...) wedding bells when we turned 24 a mortgage we could not afford good news, there's a baby on the way then it was Disney flicks all day and all night she looked just like me but she had your eyes sometimes I just get so taken back, just like that the more things change (the more things change) the better it gets (the better it gets) I just can't wait to see what's next happy anniversary it was 14 years ago, today it's friday night and all the kids are gone, all night long we got candlelight and the stars above after all this time were still in love I would'nt change a thing if I could go back, just like that
