Hi! My name is Laura Dillon. I'm a singer/songwriter in Tucson, Arizona looking for ears who will listen to the message that I have to share. Most of my songs are centered on Jesus Christ and the Word of God. My goal is to touch people's lives and bless them with the message that God has given me to share. Right now I'm looking for ways to get there, but being a full time college student time and money is tight. But regardless of circumstances, I trust that God will help me and lead me and that His Will will be done!

Story behind the song
I was inspired by one of my college pastors this summer (at Collegiate Week in Glorieta New Mexico) to write this song. Most of what's in this song are his very words that he used when he talked to us in his seminar. I had just never thought of it. Pray to be dangerous? Live as barbaric Christians in the sight of the world? Christianity is extreme and it was so refreshing to hear him speak about it like that. I think his seminar was something along the lines of "Jesus died for more than civilized Christianity." Whatever it was, it caught me and really made me think. He talked about how we've turned Christianity into civilized, comfortable, easy, and man sized religion. But we have to stop relying on ourselves to save others, to witness, and to do His work, because it is God that does God sized things. He can work miracles and through those miracles people will come to believe. It's not what we can do, but what God can if we believe. Be uncivilized and have a faith that is dangerous! I really want to be more like that! Don't you?
