A Kiwi keyboardist/songwriter/producer teams up with several musician/songwriter/co-writers from around the world...and they never meet! They all send their tracks from their home countries via email. The result is an exciting, varied set of easy listening, contemporary, melodic pop rock, with and obvious international flavour. Lyrics
“Let Her Go” © 2003 Ian Rushton (alternative verses by Alan Lastufka) I can handle making mistakes And living with what’s been done And waking every morning But I can’t handle losing her I can handle another silent letter I can handle another bored sigh But I can’t seem to let her Get away with just a ‘Good-bye’ Let her go, set her free Climb the highest mountain to eternity Let her go, set yourself free Swim the deepest Ocean, lost in your emotion Let her go, let her go… I can handle staying up late Getting drunk and feeling tired while I handle the people I meet My friends and their painted smiles I can handle another day I can handle my own lie But I can’t seem to handle Not having a handle on her and I Let her go, set her free Climb the highest mountain to eternity Let her go, set yourself free Swim the deepest ocean, lost in your emotion Let her go, let her go…
