Story behind the song
It is one of the great frustrations of my life that I wrote this, one of my best songs, so easily. Nearly every time, songs pop out of my brain in chunks, and at the end, I need to put a great deal of hard work into assembling the chunks into a final coherent whole -- yet this one time, the song practically wrote itself. I obviously played a part, but the song went from brainstorm to final version in about three days -- record time for me.
