I am a singer-songwriter who writes and performs progressive rock and light rock ballads on piano, keyboards and guitar. I sometimes bring in my wife, friends and former bandmembers to assist with my performances, but with busy schedules amongst us, more often than not these are usually solo performances enhanced with MIDI back-up tracks, which provide a beautiful contrast of a live vocal and guitar or piano over a pre-recorded background.

Story behind the song
This song was written during a resurgence in my life during which my perspective became far more spiritual than ever and I suddenly became able to reflect on my life in a whole new way and to feel more interested, sensitive and connected with others - with people, life and the environment.
