Story behind the song
This acapella piece was recorded during my stay at Glenstal Abbey in Ireland. Having studied various ethnic vocal styles for several years, and being an avid fan of the great Lisa Gerrard, I wanted to perform a song that would show what I had reserached for so long. This piece is a combination of Middle-Eastern and Celtic Sean-nos styles.
