Basic blues with rock over tones ... I have been in bands (hair bands in LA durring the 80's... hey it was fun i played bass and keys then). But basically I played guitar doing studio work mostly for the past few years... I am working on my second solo project called "My Empty Room" which is going to be a compilation of blues standards with a few originals thrown in. I play all instruments in each song

Story behind the song
I actually did this as a jazz instrumental then threatened to send it off to LA.. (with some really rough vox on it) Needless to say Jill came in and redid her vox !
Lyrics
Just Another Day All Words and Music by Jill Holley and Michael Calderon Pinch me please Tell me I'm not dreaming Tell me you see what I see If I sleep And in dreams our hearts meet Will you be there when I awake? You’re in my dreams Are you a daydream? shhh... be still... no... I don't want to wake Instrumental break You’re in my dreams Are you a daydream? shhh... be still... no... I don't want to wake Real life begins When I close my eyes This journey has no end I sleep walk the day away Is not real Is just for play I go to work It’s just another day
