Lyrics
The Back Tire Ten is the time that I've been looking forward to I've never seen your couch I'm even bringing flowers along with me They're hanging from my pouch One of my tires is kinda wobbly I think it needs some air Air isn't free like it used to be But I don't really care I can afford it I've got a quarter To go toward it Somewhere on the side of my back tire it says How much to put in But it's written just in metric And the pump is just in pounds per square inch I'll have to eye it a little more air Until it feels right Uh-oh, I think I put too much It just exploded and now I can't ride my bike And it's too late to walk to the hardware centre I have become resigned to the fact That I won't be even near on time At least these flowers will keep me busy They can help me to divine If she loves me Or she loves me not I hope she doesn't think that I stood her up I Wish I could call her But I don't have a quarter
