Meet CeCi! CeCi often referred to as . . . "The little lady with the great big voice". Her love for music shows in every song she sings. CeCi recently attended the TCMA's in Nashville where she was awarded 2004 "Star On The Horizon" award. The 27 yr old Texas Born-Texas Proud Female was one of three to receive the "Rising Star Award" at the Texas River Best of Country Awards in August 2004. Recently opening for LeAnn Rimes in June 2004.
