Story behind the song
As the moon sets on an alien world, the sounds of nighttime subside...giving way to light and glory as the sun rises on a new day. Let your imagination run free as the sights, sounds, creatures and natural features of this unfamiliar panorama musically unfold before you. Underneath the turbulent green sky you'll find many colors you've never before seen, and a lush landscape made up of exotic forests, hills and mountains, lakes and streams, caves and hives...all populated by wildlife in forms that can only be imagined. As the day ends, the hot red sun sinks toward the horizon. The dull silver moon rises as darkness envelops the realm, and the perpetual cycle continues. Believe it or not, no illegal drugs were used during the creation of Moonset...only a tasty craft beer now and then to grease the creative wheels.
Moonset is best enjoyed with your eyelids in the down position!
