Lyrics
Idle hands are devil’s play The thought begins stream of consciousness That’s when the Silver moon seems like a candle Dripping wax along the path Where its going I will try to follow Fantasy will take us over Frozen ground and desert sand I am certain of the wonder Will the answer bring new meaning To the hidden dream Changes in the metaphor Are never as they seem Or what will be Looking upon all that is forbidden Believing it is set in stone But inspiration lifts the spirit higher And dreams will lead us far from the known All the good and all the bad And if it makes you happy or if it makes you sad And all you need and all you have And everything you think will drive you mad Jagged moon seems like a mantle now Reality can only hold us down Image by design A reason for the rhyme Looking upon all that is forbidden Seemingly forever set in stone Let inspiration lift our spirit higher And dreams will lead us far from the known They will lead far from the known But dreams will show the way back home

Aha - thought you'd sneak this past me eh? Not so fast! As I have come to expect, this a fantastic piece of music. I'm tempted to say "masterpiece" but all your songs are so good it's hard to single any out. This is just everything that truly great prog rock should be - the inventiveness, the playing, the sounds, the lyrics, vocals (OK calm down Steve, it's nearly time for your nap...) Just amazing. Of course I love it. A lot.
