Story behind the song
Dedicated to ALL those who lost their lives to the worldwide corona virus pandemic. I was very lucky & only spent 1 week in hospital & was amazed at the resilience of the hospital staff. They kept telling me over & over to "take a deep breath, relax & just breath". I was only oxygenated for 4 days. The nurses said "being ventilated is madness, there are tubes & machines everywhere & not enough staff to manage, or look after patients properly". That's in the UK too ! Please take care of your own health & that of your family & friends too, you'll not know how much they actually need you until it's too late ! I'm suffering with long covid symptoms & at times find it difficult to do the simplest things without getting breathless & fatigued. The Doctors said it could take 10-12 weeks for me to feel any better. At present it's now 15 weeks & I'm fed up with feeling so helpless. I appreciate that many have died throughout this pandemic & still feel lucky to be alive. Take great care if your health & that of your family & friends as you may not notice anything untoward until it's too late!
