Story behind the song
Well, after a bit of a hiatus working on several songs in progress, I wanted to take a brake and just noddle a bit. It was fun working on a piece that rhythmically combines 4/4 and 7/4. it lends an off kilter lilt to it. As well the bass is out of tune...lazy me, so I needed to tune what sounds like organ but is actually French horns up a bit. As I was tuning it, it started sounding more organ like and kind of odd and who doesn't like that eh. The song reminded me of Pachelbel's Canon although I started referring to it as Taco Bell's Canon. Perhaps some time I will go back and work it into a canon. After all my last name is Canonica (Keeper of the canons or scripture)

Don't know that this makes me think of Christmas... but I think it's a great song. - It has a great feel... and sets a pleasant listening mood. - And, when it ended... it left me wanting (to hear) MORE! - Which, to me... is to me how I discern a great tune. - KUDOS, my friend!
