As with "Washed Away Each Time It Rains this is an attempt to put my depression into words.

Working It Through? [2019-06-11] [V] Is it the food that I eat? The company I keep? The water I drink? That makes me think? What I think of as I go through my day? Is it dreams unfulfilled? The combination of pills? The aches, pains and ills? Limited thrills? Or my thinking that gets in my way? [C] Is it as simple not sweating the small stuff though the small stuff gives me the flu? Is it as easy as listing the good things, in knowing that each days is new? I truly wish I had the answer, with a snap all these thoughts would be gone. But to have the answer one must know the question, and whose shoulder to rest one's head on. [V] Is it age? Is it money? Dying bees, no more honey? Is it knowing I believe what I know? Ah! These are the questions, the roots of my problem I believe that I have in tow. Is it hormones, or neurons something miss firing or something rolling 'round in my head? Or is it the loss of those I remember who were taken with things left unsaid? [Chorus] [Tag] Is it finely seeing all that is happening, not knowing what on earth can I do?
