This is another of Bill's instrumentals that pays tribute to one of his early musical influences ...The Shadows. 
Here am I doing just the same...as both are my musical heroes and influences.
It's a pretty simple structure of...D/ G/ A 
Sometimes the 3 chord song can deliver so much.

I hear The Shadows influence in this song. Excellent production and top quality sound. I'm not familiar with the Bill Nelson original, but I like the vibe of this song. If Bill's ever looking for a "sideman" he should give you a call!
