We are I Plead Guilty - post hardcore, influenced by While She Sleeps, Architects, The Amity Affliction, Parkway Drive. Based in London. Our mission is to ignite the spirit of the fighters, players, achievers and motivate them to strive for more and never settle. We wake up the souls of people drowned in 9-5, who lost passion in life, who lost purpose. We are all from different parts of the world Wales (Tom and Dan Guitarists), Poland (Karol Vocalist), Colombia (David Drums) but we all share the same story of finding ourselves in London going through the grind, sweat and solitude of London life. Abandoning our friends and families and previous bands in our hometowns to pursue a better life in the most competitive city of Europe (possibly the world). Story behind the song
After the death of Tom Searle - the guitarist of Architects (UK prog metalcore band) we couldn't hold it in any longer. This song is the expression of frustrations about the jobs and relationships that I was in against my own will. Just because 'the society' forces us to do something doesn't mean you have to be trapped. This is the turning point in our career - now everything revolves around the band - I Plead Guilty.
