One pass demo using a Vista HD28 with sharp delay done at the same time as the vocals. I overdubbed an electric guitar on the chorus a 21st Century Clean with a Full-drive 2.

This is Jeff Kratzman's Christian Page. I have two categories one for Secular and one for Christian songs. I've had a lifelong relationship with Christ and not to explore the spiritual side in music, would be foolish. I hope you enjoy the songs and take the time to follow-up on some of the Bible verses that inspired the songs. I welcome all feedback, but unpleasantness will just be deleted. This isn't a forum for theological debate. If you don't want to listen to Christian Music, try the Jeff Kratzman - Songs link. There's another 50 songs there.

Story behind the song
Song is based on a paraphrase of Proverbs 7. I took a number of translations and paraphrases and slightly modernized the words, but kept the context.
Lyrics
1. She spreads her bed with Egyptian cotton Smells of aromatic spices and perfume fill the room Come she says Lets drink deeply making love until dawn Let us delight ourselves with love but then what song? The wrong choices, Listening to the wrong voices My happiness overrides it all First the snare and then the cost 2. Seduced with her persistent pleading She entices the lure with her flattering lips And like livestock heading for the slaughter never turns back Eagerly you bound right into the huntress trap 3. Listen to me, my sons please listen Pay attention to the words that I now convey Do not let your hearts be turned aside to her ways Countless victims have fallen underneath her spell 4. Shes been the death a many a strong man Her house is the entrance to hell Descending to the chambers of death Listen and dont for a moment forget
