Story behind the song
Since I dont know when yet Ill be ready to post new songs others than the 3 songs I have already posted (i.e. my songs Still Walking, Very Far from Home and From Darkness to Light), or nor when Ill be ready to be an opening act with at least 30 minutes of material (me playing with audio backing tracks due to lack of budget to hire a Live band), I thought some of you, in the meantime, might be interested to hear what other material I have. After reviewing the songs I currently have recorded in demo forms [so to say]) where I sing, I wanted to pick a song on which Im satisfied enough with my singing and the sound quality of the vocal recording, and one song met, in my opinion, these 2 criteria so my choice ended on a song titled: Reason to Live, song composed in April 2008 by Stéphane Bourgoing, one of my long time musical collaborators, and myself (the recording was done by Stéphane [with the BOSS Dr.Rythm 880]). Even though I dont know when Ill be able eventually to record this song again with Stéphane in a real studio next time, and with real drums, I hope in the meantime you enjoy this song despite being currently in a demo form.
