Story behind the song
Was thinking about Black's classic 80s hit 'Wonderful Life' and wanted to create the same mood and wistful reflection. I also wanted to express hope that all is not hopeless in this world whilst also acknowledging the here-and-now, such as the man wandering from road to road.
