A catchy little guitar instrumental in the style of The Shadows. I'll have the same as Sean please :)

Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
As you may be already aware ... I'm a big fan of this style of guitar instrumental. I've used my Parker Fly (lead), 6 string Yamaha APX-4A electro acoustic (left channel), Yamaha Pacifica 12 string (right channel) and my lovely Rickenbacker 4003 bass on this recording. All recorded direct into Adobe Audition (1.5) through a Line 6 Pod (2.0).

My name is Oldman. Jesus, Oldman.
A new classic - love the feel and the performance. Lots of great guitar sounds in there make it a real treat for the ears. The ending was just icing on the cake. Or the olive in the martini.

Great melodic, interesting tune with a signature ending that caught me by surprise and made me laugh.

Hi David, Like the intro. Track has a country flair for me. Very nice guitar work. I always like your guitar tones and style David. Got the signature 007 music on the outro - lots of fun and very cool!

Very good guitar work - sounds like a long lost Shadows number. I agree with MD, great melody line. Top notch production and composition and I love the little James Bond riff at the end there.

Great classic sound and melody 'hook' line David! :) Too bad the present day definition of 'Instrumentals with Hooks' doesn't actually refer to good melodic music like this anymore.. Thanks for reminding us all that 'Hooks' used to mean something more than todays profane disses and vulgar plagiarisms. Long live melody!!!!!!! Rock on my friend :D
