Story behind the song
The lyrics to this song were written in 1994 about an ex-girlfriend that I was crazy about before we ever started dating. Ironically she became my girlfriend just shortly after. My friend Eric Beauchemin wrote the music on his guitar, and at my ex-girlfriend's Halloween party, we played it live for her. It was a very sureal moment. In 2003, Doodle rerecorded the song for my "Journey By Rail" album using an electronic piano. This song will always be a true T.E.D. compilation.

(2nd Verse) I think about all the nights that you've been on my mind, waiting patiently for you to say that you'll be mine.
