Michael Brown was the head of FEMA during hurricane Katrina. He will always be remembered as a symbol of crony capitalism in my opinion I did this song to voice my displeasure.

Hurricane Katrina ravaged my community in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. Michael Brown was appointed by President George Bush as FEMA director. He was an abysmal failure. He was NEVER qualified for the job and ran from his post when needed.
