Story behind the song

At this time, the main character begins to realize that he / she is living in a world that is not as easy to navigate through. In fact, he feels like a bit of royalty living in a less than ideal situation; kind of like an everyday monarch. He even begins to lash out a bit (“I’m not you and you’re not me!”). He still has his faith, but he is looking for a bit of a break and feels like he has to make everyday something it is naturally not: heavenly.
