Story behind the song
I noticed one day that I had accumulated a huge amount of pennies in the ashtray of my car. I thought "Gee, I sure have plenty of pennies in there". Then I thought "What a great title for a tune!" The next logical step was to write a theme and variations on the tune "Pennies From Heaven" and this song is the result of that thought process
