Minister Horace J. Kinsey Aka Minista Lo-Down Minister Kinsey is an anointed man of God who is dedicated to advancing and delivering the Word of God through holy hip hop. He transcended from secular hip hop where he has performed with many main stream artist such as Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz, Scarface, Big Moe and The Wreckshop Family, Mike Jones and Juvenile to “holy hip hop” where he preaches to a beat for the young and the old. In the process, Zion Music Group was formed. He wants the world to be encouraged and empowered using the Word of God. All things are possible to him that believes. He focuses on the youth of today, the saved and the lost. Giving them the revelation that doing things God’s way is the only way. Each song that is performed has a message about life. He discusses the problems but lets everyone know that God is the only answer to those problems. The youth of today need to know that it is “cool” to be a “christian”. Stand strong and keep the faith, for without faith it is impossible to please God. Satan is defeated when he is fought with the Word of God. With his style of “christian crunk” music, he shows the world that there is power in the praise. Lo-Down means street slang for information, “the 411”. He is delivering God’s message, through his music and ministry, from paradise to the lions den. Giving God all the praise and all the glory!
