Hi Roger,
Well a very subtle approach lyrically to the subject. You have left alot to the listener and certainly title keeps the theme in front of you. You certainly have a wide range of topical interests and I also like that the music was subtle as well. Blends well with the lyric and the subject matter.
Nice work

Hey Roger,
I can hear the emotion come through on this #1 chart topper.
Your guitar gliding through with gentle authority on the notes.
And yes! lyrical at it's finest.

Hello Roger! Thanks for comment! I hope you had a great Easter, its a little bit late, but at Easter we can reach our spiritual awakening. And that is important. This song is again for a deep amuse about life. Interesting guitar and voice.
All the best!

No matter what the subject, you always have a way of coming at things from a different angle. In a way this reminds me a lot of old nursery rhymes....they appear like a straight forward song on the surface, but hide a darker story.

Vocalized as it was - in hiding for fear of their lives. Well done Roger - very expressive.

clever concept for this song. as usual, your vocal is very expressive. i agree with the folks above who pointed out the effective use of minimal instrumentation. well done.

Really interesting my friend, great lyrics and music. Melodic guitar ( still in the Roger style of course ), I agree with Pinedog´s comment: a lot of interpretation for the listener. Well done!

A definite contrast that fully compliments the former rich offering and yet is none the less masterful in it's own right, RJ....an engrossing tribute, musically and lyrically with tradition mixed within!!!! A lovely piece of work!!!!!!
Thanks my friend,
Wade

Lyrics here leave alot of interpretation to the listener. I liked the minimal instrumentation...made the tune much more intimate and special. Good one Rodg...

So highly emotional, as heavy a subject as there is is, a brave tribute, extremely well done.
